So I found some source code for a project I'd like to look closer into, on how everything is set up. Hey! I need someone to help/make me a simple program that can convert binary strings (32 bit) into either RGB color codes (Etc. 128, 64, 210) or Hexadecimal strings. Must be able to convert from all three types to one another. Preferly with a little GUI would be nice! Must be in C++ - I will pay you for your time. You can not 'hid' your IP, you can 'hide' behind another IP, such as a Proxy or VPN. In that case if you use one of those, that IP will visible to Jagex and not your HOME IP.
