  1. Looks like your payment went through on our end. It's not showing up in your scripts? Make sure you click the refresh button on the script manager, or restart your client. It should be there.

  3. You're correct. Since the contact information was still up while the user was banned, Trinity / his workers will still be responsible for the scam. However, we are going to need some evidence of the items you had on your account before the service was completed. This is to prove the legitimacy of the value that the refund will need to be.

  7. That's a great question, but I cannot guarantee anything until we see a bit more evidence. The user you were victimized by may already be banned. That's why I am requesting a picture of the skype profile next to the conversation to confirm the individual's identity. Thank you. Unfortunately this is what I feared was the case. That skype matches a recently banned user (@LTS) who is banned from the forum. Since he has already been banned, there is nothing we can do to get a refund out of him. I'm very sorry for your loss.

  17. @posbot, can you please provide an exact list of what was lost that was of value? Some evidence that you had it on the account would be great as well.

    Your VIP was supposed to be renewed on May 25th. Do you have enough funds in your PayPal in order to purchase VIP? It has not been paid on your end which is why you don't have it right now and cannot renew it.
  19. Depending on the connection between you and the site, or if it's going through any sort of maintenance, that error will come up. It shouldn't be happening often anymore.
