What all did I miss since my departure?

It's just a matter of repetition. It's hard starting up, but as you continue it gets easier and easier.

I've removed @Smart due to his resignation. We appreciate everything he's done for us thus far, and wish him the best in his future endeavors. Not really possible considering feedback is given through posting on a thread. If a staff member takes bad feedback out on the community, then obliviously they aren't suitable for the position. I think the staff team in general does a good job in keeping their personal feelings out of situations that require an unbiased mindset.
