  17. The user has multiple disputes against him right now. If he doesn't refund in 10 hours he will be banned; and if he ever wants to come back to the community, you will be among the many others he will have to compensate for the disputes. Thank you.

    Thank you for posting. He will be responsible for refunding you as well if this happens to be a mistake on his end. He has 12 hours to post / compensate for the payment that was disputes or else will be punished.
