Does it cost to change your username? Is it even possible? I tried using the search function but it returned 0 results or I just did it wrong...

Haven't botted in about 2-3 months now. What's changed? Banning rates up/down?

I know not to bot an account I care about, but I do and so do many others.. When would you stop botting and go legit to not risk the account anymore? One 99, Two, three? All of them? I'm getting close to my first 99, and I really have all the stats I need to play the way I want to. I'm thinking its time to just play this guy legit before I lose him for real. (knock on wood!)

I think you mean intangible goods. Tangible in this sense usually means it physically exists.

I did this way back before EOC.. Took 100M and turned it into about 1.2B.. Then started upping the stakes, starting at 20M.. Went on a losing streak and lost it all... So just don't get greedy and stay at 1-2m, always works.

(KNOCK ON WOOD!) Hypothetically speaking, my Main account I play and bot every now and then on is like 10 years old. 1) I've never received any infraction from oldschool runescape. 2) My last infraction was for macroing, however it was back in 2010 way before EOC. So, like the title says. If I were to get cought for botting on old school, would I get a 48hr or perm ban? They do still give out 48 hour bans, two of my friends have gotten them within the last month... Please save the spiel, If it's an account you care about don't risk it... I KNOW I KNOW!

Is this for real? I guess it makes no difference if it were allowed. COMMON sense would say otherwise though, so realistically any MM with TWC would never actually MM a damn thing haha...

I run 2 OSRS accounts at a time and alternate every 4-5 hours. (Only one OSBOT account)... I'm going to start having my bro help me alternate 2 more on his computer, but clearly that's not against the rules because that would be a separate computer and person, and so on... I'm sorry.. Maybe you haven't realized but I don't sell my gold. MY friend got into this thinking he could, but he's been getting banned too fast. Thus why I made this thread, to give my take on banning theories.. As far as supporting OSbot, if they don't take a cut of premium scripts then they aren't running their business correctly so I assume they do. I've probably spent $100 on premium scripts. And only running 2 guys at a time, that's not a goldfarm.. You know, that would be funny. I laughed. But here's the thing. I don't use more than one OSBOT account. And here's the last thing. Isn't this a community? I was posting up what I reasoned to help the community, and instead I get berated by wanna be moderators. Sorry If I thought I could give some advice that might seem helpful, I'll just keep my opinions to myself from now on.

This is just something I've noticed since I started working on getting a more than 1 bot going at a time, and I introduced my friend to this. He's made like 20 accounts, used VM software and had them all going. At first, he got past the 24 hour limit and was able to trade stuff over to his mule accounts. Then shortly, within 1-2 days after passing the 24 hour mark they got banned. Maybe that's not too surprising, considering lvl 3's don't just train woodcut 8 hours a day haha. Common sense would say that's a bot... Anyways, I'm thinking his IP is flagged or something because he can't seem to get past 2-3 hours, sometimes he even gets lvl 3's banned within minutes of leaving tutorial island. Now, on the opposite side of the spectrum is me. I've got about 5 guys going right now. Working on more, but my process is VERY lengthy and it seems to be working for me. All within the last month or two and I'm still going strong. Never even had one account banned using osbot 2 (knock on wood!). Essentially what I do is setup all my accounts. Separate gmail, yahoo, whatever generic e-mail you want, and then setup passwords, even use JAG authenticator to make it seem legit. Play through tut island, take 'em to a bank and give them all bank pins then I log out. Proceeding to log into each account for 1-2 mins every 4 days or so. After 2-3 weeks I begin using them. Bot up their combat skills to around 50-60, then I can skill wc or fish without being too suspicious. Bot 4-6 hours max, use a lot of breaks. My thinking is that this looks a heck of a lot more realistic. Plus, the account creation date to when I start skilling shows a lot of time lapse. I have a feeling a lot of accounts get made and played infrequently at first because of the lack of knowledge of the game. When I first started it's almost intimidating to learn because of how different it is I started playing way back in like 2004 or 2005. Anyways that's my little story. I have another 20 or so accounts in the lineup. I'll try and post back here if I ever get banned, but so far I've been lucky or just smart with my theories how to avoid detection. Goodluck!

I've had great success making new accounts within the last several months. Since I've started OSRS early 2014, I've never been banned. Granted, I never bot more than 4-5 hours a day and use breaks every 60 minutes, deviate roughly 20 and the breaks range from 2 mins to 30 mins.. Also, One of my friends makes new accounts and his get banned almost instantly from after he completes tut island so I would say he is flagged. But I never been banned, I have 1 main that I bot rarely, and about 5 low lvls that I use for random skilling.

And how are these spotify accounts premium forever? I did some reading and it turns out there's no such thing. You're creating accounts with trials and fake credit cards and you have to send new account details every month. How long until you stop doing this? Very fishy...

I'm not sure what you call them, but I was wondering if there is a list of commands you can use or are they just whatever you name the function to be? Like above, you have npc.getHealth. Is "getHealth" defined somewhere that the code knows what you're telling it to look for? Or did you just make that up and somehow it works? I mostly write HTML and PHP, so this is new to me. Especially working with CSS files, I know you need to define your element before you can call upon it. I assume that the mainframe Osbot has is what "getHealth" refers to or checks? Is there somewhere I can see all the possible commands or functions, or whatever you call them so that I can make something far more complicated than what you've explained. Thanks!
