not sure what you mean by a flats account, but if you could set the starting bid, people can set it for the minimum they would take. i happen to like this idea, too often people are not clear enough for what they want for their account anyways

i agree that the user should should be the original owner of the account and that he/she needs to do anything to get the account back to the person who purchases the account. if he cannot get the account back that means he was not the original owner.
