They never played together at worlds? Do you mean last all stars? If you do, yeah they played great, but since then Aphro and Doublelift have major improved, their synergy is top notch And that being said, Turtle + Xpecial are probably just as good

Well, unless you have weights you can't do a great amount of stuff Push ups/pull ups + putting some weight on and eating lots of protein would do something Only at home advice I can give :P
