Yeah, I stopped botting but started gain a couple of days later, was fine for a night, didn't get put back into a botting world, next day I got banned

Yea that's not too bad, personally I take breaks every 3 hours to be safer, but I don't think it's necessary. (Sorry for late reply, am writing an essay)
Tbh I would lower the break time and botting time by atleast half, that's botting a full 10 hours without taking a single break haha
This is botting for 150 to 210 minutes, then breaking for 27 to 43 minutes Hope you understand that deviation is just could be longer or shorter then set time
Go to the gym, that's what I did B) Being angry is good motivation for it, and it sets up a good routine
