Not really, but I do feel more secure buying from a scripter because if they scam me, they won't get paid.

Imo, that's the buyer's fault. It is common sense to not buy things from people that you don't know and have no recommendations/reviews, rank, etc. I guess this rules just saves the staff some time.

Something tells me, you get a lot of disputes in regards to this.
