Hmm did you make sure to sip overload before starting the script? The script may sip overloads when the "overload is starting to run out" message is displayed in chatbox. In the meantime I will be debugging overload support asap. Also guys the update is fully coded now I will be pushing momentarily, latest version will change soon ^^ the full changelog is in my last post (1 page back)

Overloads should be working, script will drink an overload if stats aren't boosted just make sure to keep overload potions in inventory. Please confirm if there are any bugs the nmz plugin is still new ^^

3 is the last webwalker, should be working for brutal black dragon plugin. Confirm if not. The latest update should go live any moment any way so it should be fixed for default webwalker (1) very soon

rogue den update is still not live for ardougne which exact tile in castle? will add drop junk seeds option asap, it will be similar to the stall drop system so you can choose which ones to loot and which ones to ignore

For arrows you gotta start the script with the chosen arrows equipped + any bow/ranged weapon to trigger ranged mode, then the script will auto-detect the ammo Activated trials gl guys

Alright I will dedicate the entire next update (v191) completely to this list above. Just need to know which npc to kill for caged npc so I can test fightzones and safespotting there. Apologies to all sand crabs users, the port sarim thing still is happening but it will be fixed for sure. Also which weapon for task mode? I'm worried the script doesn't recognize the attack weapon. If normal weapon (dragon scim or something) ignore, will try and debug I guess. For looting noted items, will test ASAP. Some users said the null thing was just visual and it still looted items, although I will test and add an update to v191 ASAP For wyverns a plugin is definitely on the way just for wyverns, still haven't bought an account with 72 slayer yet It is definitely on the To-do list For green dragons and brutal black dragons - already fixed, just waiting on new version For crabs and afk tile, the hop on crash tile only works for AFK mode, I will make it compatible with other options too. Until the next update, turn that option off if not using AFK otherwise it will throw errors (due to incompatibility)For crab claw isle - it's already fixed, we are just waiting on the update to go live v190 is the current latest version from yesterday. Hmm why not add official scripts but not make them sellable, only authable as compensation? This way scripters win, devs win, and users win.. As for scripts being barebones, from a marketing point of view a script labelled as 'Official' will outrank any full-featured script by far, which means no matter how many features my woodcutter has, if yours has the name official in front of it, and has the main (the popular) trees, guess which one is getting more sales.. EDIT: As for sdn time, when is an SDN officer going to be recruited? Less power than an sdn manager but useful for outsourcing some of scripter management (sdn upload requests, guiding them etc). I remember the rank was announced last year but nothing ever happened, not even more dialogue. Can there at least be a movement or some dialogue on choosing an sdn officer in the script developers section?

Hmm I highly recommend using manual screen clicking mode over map mode for more customization and performance. I will add a way to remove existing presets for the map editor, will also try to give a performance boost and will change some of the map->tile algorithm if there are any issues.

Hmm if the setup settings are not saving - mac or windows OS? bones to peaches - set bones to peaches tabs in inventory loadout (script setup interface), no other food saved, and carry some peaches for extra stability (optional) trial - activated 24hr trial good luck thanks guys ^^

New Update (v190) - Final fix for nmz eating (hopefully it works I couldn't test it but I made sure all eating code was turned off!) I just have a few quests to complete before I'm able to fully test nmz - Safespotting for GDK plugin - Arrow looting for GDK plugin - Added appropriate re-aggro tile for sand crabs plugin (crab claw isle). - Added 'no-food' option for rock/sand crab plugins - Another update to alching while cannon mode Will try and debug the GDK afking, which settings did you enable? I will test with the same options and add an update ASAP

Refresh thread, this post was changed several times Pros for scripters: - Official osbot scripts can be a gateway to purchasing more scripts from other scripters, once they want more features in the scripts - Official Scripts have less features than normal (very weak pseudo-point) - Can make new scripters look for new scripts to make rather than the basic 5 skills (very weak point - there's 25 skills to choose from) Cons for scripters: - Will lose yet another margin of profit -- Counter-point: make the official osbot script more expensive - Will risk their script appearning 'non-official' which is not good for sales or reputation whatsoever (when comparing scripts) -- Counter-point: N/A - Dev time will be eaten up by 5 AIO scripts (albeit limited in features) which means less support for the client, forums and scripters -- Counter-point: outsource the script to an Official Scripter (weak counter-point: the scripter maintains a script for no profit) -- Counter-point: scripts won't require much maintenance - but the initial dev time still stands Pros for users: - Risk-free script (big point!) - Waste less money on broken scripts by scripters that may end up leaving Cons for users: - If an official script breaks, or works badly, trust and/or value in the official osbot forum and client will be lost, and the customer may go to another client -- (if a scripter's script breaks, the user will blame the scripter and not the whole client). Although if a script with no competition breaks the user can still go to another client. -- but what if the client goes offline? Won't users still lose trust? No - all clients break and there is no trust involved, just a slight delay while the client updates. - They may end up paying more if they want scripts with more features, and will think of it as a rip-off in the long-run (weak point) Solutions If the primary concern is the fact that users will have no script to use once it breaks (and the scripter quits): - Either give the user another script of the same genre. If there is no immediate similar product, offer them a half month/month of VIP. Can't go wrong with giving free VIP (from a marketing POV it may increase vip sales once the user's vip runs out and the user starts to miss having VIP status). If they chargeback, ban.. If they don't want VIP give them store credit, last time I checked nobody loses anything when a free script is given. -- However, giving free vip to 1,000+ users simultaneously is not good. So maybe a conditional solution is required, if the user had the script for more than 6 months, then different compensation (if any at all) - Give the script code to another deserving scripter and let them control the script thereafter If the primary concern is giving users a default, go-to script so they can rest assured and bot in peace: - Build official scripts but make them slightly higher in price, that way nobody loses (not everybody wins either) - the user has to pay slightly more but they are guaranteed a risk-free script. Minimizing the damages after a scripter leaves: - Heavy enforcement of reliable scripting upon releasing new scripts (no static ids and whatnot) -- Counter-point: but there will be more work for devs to manage scripts/script requests with more code/more time needed: sdn manager/officer position is vacant. - Give the scripters less incentive to quit. Constantly chipping away at scripter's power (like this thread) is no good -- More rules at the private scripts section (the casus belli of this thread) My personal opinion: Neutral, leaning toward 'not tooo bad' - for scripters. Hopefully a 'nobody loses' approach is taken instead of a 'few win, few lose' approach. If the plan goes ahead, at least make the scripts slightly more expensive so us scripters aren't impacted too negatively.

Hmm for the click pattern it doesn't matter if it's the default pattern (inventory slots 1-28) since all users (botting and non-botting) use it. But I am working on a system where the user can choose their own click pattern anyway, it is very very easy to use it incorrectly (in terms of anti-ban) so I will also be adding some extra anti-ban options to that system so that the user doesn't repeat the same pattern too often. This should lead to less bans (for plankmake too). 2 hours is far too quick for a ban, it was a delayed ban from previous botting history activated all trials gl guys

An easier and manageable solution for scripters can be to add greater user control for their scripts, e.g. allowing the user to change every aspect of the script logic and customize it (basic example: loop timer*), more 'anti-ban' options, more custom triggers e.g. onLevelUp ('add own custom event') blah blah, users can add custom events in response to certain triggers and whatnot. That is what can differentiate the same scripts to users and negate the supposed disadvantages of popular/free scripts (due to what is theorized as script profiling). * just an example However I find the most successful botters are the ones with accounts that have hours and hours of manual gametime done, they seem to be unbannable at this point lmao. From a scripter's perspective, the ones who create new accounts and start insane botting journeys are the ones that get banned the most, whereas the users with a single account with many quests done and many hours played without botting are the ones with invincible 30+ hr progress reports with no bans lmao.
