A good worth ethic, nice pay, a clean environment & a good sense of leadership. Plus a background check. All these things can lower the chance of scams and early dismissal but those chances will exist even if minimal. You can force someone to stay with you by contract for a period of time but that can otherwise cause something similar to claustrophobia. I don't know the English term & the same reverse could be said they can force you to accept them at the most minimal.
