No. It only seems that way because they're are more instances and scenarios where people who use bonds get banned. I'd say people who use CC to pay don't get banned purely because they are more cautious because they are more than likely only paying for one account and bot way less and legit way more.

Make sure you set up everything correctly and are standing in the correct area.

Probably more than 40%. seeing as high the requirements are pretty low and people with experience probably already have accounts to do it on. Doing it on an account with minimal sets of skills offer more than 40% of someone with max stats. You'd probably have to contest in the lesser side.

Chins cost a bit more, but give faster Range xp & also give HP xp. Cannoning costs less but is slower and gives no HP xp with the cannon alone. You should also consider the place you will be, and if you will be using prayer pots. Cannoning at ogres doesn't really seem all that well. Maybe at that one place that drops black masks. i think you make your money back there too .
