Where are you getting any of these statistics. 1/3 Disputes was just opend yesterday 1/3 dispute was opened on the 15th which is nearly solved. Just a mere misunderstading 1/3 Is awaiting a user's return from vacation, which is not a mod's fault but everyone agreed to wait. This doesn't even make sense. pking with knives and such isin't really a drain, it's not like you can't pick up the knives after pking or getting pk'd. Rune ore is just really hard to come by. Lots of it is alch value.

He's sleeper OP. The reason people can't get used to him is that it feels like he's not as strong as he was before, but that's only because he's now a champion with a 6-skillshot combo, and it can be difficult to tell when and how to use each one effectively. He'll probably be seeing some play in the competitive scene soon too.
