Yews all the way, even at 99. Dragon axe or not. The spawn and chop rate are too low to compensate for the competition . Unless you want to try to sell the logs at a merch rate, but then your sacrificing extra time that could be spent on woodcutting. If you're doing a bot farm, you're botting and really shouldn't care. Yews are easier to sell and just as good if not better profit per hour at all levels.

10k each in RS3. There's such a low buy limit in the GE. And If you could trust buy them for me, or I could give you the 1M to buy the (100) dstones per 4 hours.. Not sure if this is feedbackable. But some level of risk is there I suppose.
