Like the previous poster mentioned jagex has a 6 hour log in place, you mentioned you used breaks do you use them inbetween the 6 hours of ingame activity? Try to break atleast once every 6 hours

Just play in the normal client and only use the bot client when you want to bot just to be safe. Mirror mode is for botting not for playing legit.
