No he won't, he was banned 5+ times and he was on his final chance and he failed. He is perm banned. Not going to happen, learn respect, and just caused people to look stupid posting it in scam reports, when asking for help, and when getting proved wrong 50 times in a row, still posting it.

We don't condone using anything but your home ip, because if you are linked to a scammer etc you will be banned. Not hard to just use your home ip. Your account is linked to a banned user, which means you are using a banned ip. I went ahead and banned your multiple account as we have vip for a reason.

he registered it on 07 site, can you confirm this to be true in that case. I know in order to play rs3 you have to do the email verification process.
