About Tor. You could just use proxychains to route all your traffic through Tor nodes. Also free. -

As for VPN, Cyberghost is a good option. It's free and when reconnecting you always get a new VPN peer. -
I mean the actual account creation. You use a temporary mailaccount. But how do you get past the Google Captcha?
