If the IP you bought is banned then chances are that someone had that IP before you and got banned. I would bring this issue to the staff's attention, as they will be the ones who can resolve it.

Some dont, some do.I personally know the stress of the runescape community up your ass as I've ran a very successful runescape private server with over 20,000 ACTIVE players. It's not fun, and it's not easy; but the money sure as hell makes it all worth it I hope you know that the mods on this site don't get paid at all. Their position is voluntary, and I'm sure if they didn't think it was an enjoyable experience they wouldn't accept the job.

It's at administrative discretion as to which usergroups receive a glow. Yes, that is a fact. And the adminsitrative descision was made that these two usergroups did not recieve a glow. Yes, that decision was made at first when the groups were released. And this is a suggestion to add a glow, which the admins will look into.
