Lol, everyone tryna stop Noah here from getting someone to do this for him. Here's a pro tip. If you have an account yourself, you can just gear up Noah's acc and your own and go to Clan Wars on any world and splash on each other. Reset every 6h, rs update or DDoS. Get yourself & Noah 99 Magic and profit 5-10M or whatever he offers. Also, saves you a lot of time finding an NPC to splash on. My IRL friend was always complaining about finding spiders to splash on and I'm like "Hey, if you want you can borrow my acc and splash on yours with it ". That's how I got my 99 magic

Idk how it is where you live but in Sweden there's nutrition info on everything you buy. For RAW oatmeal it's like 300 calorier per 100grams, I just put it on a kitchen scale, weigh up around 50g = 150 calories (cant remember exact amount of carbs, proteins etc). Then put it in a bowl, add water n a little salt and shove it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and eat. Same goes with all other foods, always calculate the raw weight since a lot of foods tend to get heavier or lighter when cooking so your calculations would be off if you weight shit when it's already cooked. + a protein shake to go with it for ~30g of proteins and that's my breakfast. Around 300 calories, 30g proteins, 30ish carbs. Do the same with every meal and put together a nice plan for yourself.

Will personally vouch for this guy. Never failed a single fire cape for me.

Well, instead of just standing still at bar dispenser for 2 mins it'll go to pedals for example (if nobody else is doing it) then whenever you get an xp drop it runs back, your bars will still need to be cooled off so you'll waste 1-3 seconds tops.

1) Anti-ban slows it down 2) RS being DDoSed constantly, everytime it happens bot goes off for like 2 minutes due to errors with servers and shit like "Your account is already logged in" etc. 3) TOO many leechers. If everyone here trained your bots to at least have one more skill 30 (agility, fm, crafting, or strength) we would all make INSANELY more money per hour. Tasks are done while you are IDLE and can only be done by 1 person at a time so you'd waste absolutely no time and also, it'd make you seem less like a bot because you're actually helping out and not just a lvl 3 with high smithing and 1s in every other skill. I used to get ~1300 bars/h in W358 with leechers and legit players but DDoS and decreased profit forced legit ppl out and slowed us down. If everyone here just checks ONE task, that's all it takes then well easily make 1500 bars/h without DDoSing. Or you can be like "meh, I'll just leech and let everyone else do the tasks", well guess what, everyone else will be thinking just the same so it's on YOU to take responsibility and increase your own profits, do it for yourself.
