Hey, if you want HP levels (along with range) Khaleesi has a caged ogre script, flawless, mirror client and 100% safe For Czar Range Guild I recommend using a Magic longbow as it has higher range bonus and everything is the same speed @ range guild. Higher range bonus = more xp/H. And once you get to 60+ range you can upgrade to Dark bow. I used this script myself until 70 range and moved on to Caged Ogres for up to 60k xp/h in range + 20k hp xp. Bot carefully and good luck with your adventures!

It was great sorrow in my heart that I'm writing this, been a great fan of Khaleesi and her scripts since day one but today something horrendous came to my knowledge.

Lol, everyone tryna stop Noah here from getting someone to do this for him. Here's a pro tip. If you have an account yourself, you can just gear up Noah's acc and your own and go to Clan Wars on any world and splash on each other. Reset every 6h, rs update or DDoS. Get yourself & Noah 99 Magic and profit 5-10M or whatever he offers. Also, saves you a lot of time finding an NPC to splash on. My IRL friend was always complaining about finding spiders to splash on and I'm like "Hey, if you want you can borrow my acc and splash on yours with it ". That's how I got my 99 magic

Idk how it is where you live but in Sweden there's nutrition info on everything you buy. For RAW oatmeal it's like 300 calorier per 100grams, I just put it on a kitchen scale, weigh up around 50g = 150 calories (cant remember exact amount of carbs, proteins etc). Then put it in a bowl, add water n a little salt and shove it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and eat. Same goes with all other foods, always calculate the raw weight since a lot of foods tend to get heavier or lighter when cooking so your calculations would be off if you weight shit when it's already cooked. + a protein shake to go with it for ~30g of proteins and that's my breakfast. Around 300 calories, 30g proteins, 30ish carbs. Do the same with every meal and put together a nice plan for yourself.

Will personally vouch for this guy. Never failed a single fire cape for me.
