I too get the bot initialization error followed by the VIP error shorty after. Usually happens when I load two clients at the same time, one of them bugs out. Been happening for quite some time.

You can drop trade, you just have to have both accounts logged into the world at the same time. Accounts that log in AFTER something has been dropped will not be able to see the dropped item. Regardless, they can track any form of xfering.
