My best guess is that you were transferring gold/items from botted accounts to your main. Normally when I have mule bans, the reason they supply is "macroing major". I highly doubt their detection system mistook your ingame actions for those of a bot.

Only when loading clients and 99.9% of the time its when loading 2 at once, don't think it's ever happened opening a single client.
I too get the bot initialization error followed by the VIP error shorty after. Usually happens when I load two clients at the same time, one of them bugs out. Been happening for quite some time.
