There is no need to change your IP. Unless you went and created hundreds of accounts non-stop on the same IP within a short period of time and they all get banned and then every single account you make and do tutorial island on regardless if it's handmade or botted on and they get banned within 1 min after leaving the island, you are not "flagged".

Ah, I don't think i used .60. Regardless its been a bug for quite some time now.
This issue has been present ever since .61 was released as a dev build. If you had .59 open, you could open a second client as .61. If you had .61 open, you could not open a second .61.
