Older accounts are definitely better for botting compared to an account that was just created and run through tutorial island on the same day though in my experience. Even if doing tutorial island by hand.

Yeah things are much more challenging now, but that's part of the fun trying to learn what works and what doesn't

I'd like that too. I ended up writing my own CLI launcher for Mirror mode that accepts certain parameters.

It's not just about breaks, but what you're botting, what types of accounts you're using, if you're using bad proxies/vpns, how long in total you're botting for, etc.

Doesn't have to be an AIO script. You could rotate activities with different scripts designed to do each activity.

Suicide botting might be hurt, but regular botting is going fine

You can always use a proxy, but depending on where you got the proxy from and what type it is, you might get banned quicker than botting on your home IP

You can always try to play the card of it being hacked again, but it's not 100% to work.
