As long as the money is returned to him I have no problem which way it is returned either through refund or the dispute, that is for you two to work out. Thank you.

If the user ordered 'Jad only' then that is what he must receive (or refundation of what he paid) along with the insurance money. Thank you.

No need to become rash just calm down. @Aesthetics please go to the PayPal website and log in to your account, click 'Resolution Centre' and select open cases in the drop down box and locate the transaction. After doing that click the Case ID under the Case column and then proceed to click Grant a full refund. Thank you.
