Deleting the thread containing the original agreement doesn't make him innocent whatsoever. He has 24 hours to refund you the insurance money you paid him or else he will be automatically banned. Here is some proof that he did refunds in the past - "I'm not dealing any more refunds", which directly implies that he is not going with the original agreement he promised his workers. Thank you.

PipiDiga will have to refund you the insurance money, as he removed a thread stating that you can be paid back the insurance dues here. Since you paid your insurance fee before he removed the agreement then he still owes you what was promised in the original agreement. As far as the 1m is concerned I cannot grant you that considering you have no evidence. Thank you, please alert me when he has given you the insurance money you've given him previously.
