There is no way to tell if the insurance fee was actually 50/50 as you say so we'll have to refer to the one you haven't deleted. This means Matrix will be refunded 10m and Maldesto Jr will be refunded 5m. For future reference never permanently remove original agreements to avoid future conflict.Thank you.

Deleting someone off Skype that you're doing business with directly after they've given you gold that you haven't paid for is more then enough evidence, and your only defense seems to be you telling us that we're wrong. The user has been banned, dispute closed.
