Well it seems to me like you have issues with three sections of market restrictions. Those seem to be the recent closing of your shops, the Global T.O.S, and also post restriction. Let us address all three areas so I can better explain the motives behind each action. Now, if you're referring to the closing of your shops recently that is simply because you cannot farm feedback for .10 cents. You do not become trusted for providing miniscule services trying to boost your feedback. Furthermore, if you're talking about the new Global T.O.S, this is simply to protect users that lack a basic agreement. Also it is an addition to people who already have a T.O.S and in no way hurts any users in the marketplace. Now onto post restriction, that has just been changed to the account section only due to a rule that we're going to add at a later date. We're looking to try and make the market an overall safer environment and a few basic restrictions help us to achieve that goal.
