Pain in the ass to put all the ignore items since it loots everything , but il give it a shot. Check out my tip, just put #A-#Z and save those settings!

I've been thinking about ways to implement this, however, at this point, if their is a priority item in the pile (usually way down) the bot will be the first to get it because everyone else is simply left clicking the top.

Correct, and I would realllllyyyy be wary of letting it run for so long at this early stage :P but you can always try!
