I don't think you have to have a verified paypal to purchase scripts on this site, it's probably a different issue. I know there's a limit on sending money if you have it unverified so that's probably it.

You should take a look at the contest section of the site! There's a contest to design the front page of OSBot and if they use your idea you get $300 ;)

That won't help them. Every single one of their members is recruited from OSBot, and why would people decide to use their client with absolutely no scripts at the moment over OSBot which actually does have scripts.
