Swizz the 5x3-5 basically means how many repeats he does and how many sets. (Sets & reps in fitness "language) The 3-5 means he will do 3-5 excercise movements in order to complete one set. 3 is minimum, 5 is maximum. Hahahha thanks! He wrote it out weird so I was confused :p -
What does this 5x3 - 5 mean? Do 5, rest, for 3 sets? Then rest again and repeat 5 times?

You program a script then. If you're going to give people shit then back it up. I've wrote many and I'm a scholar on PB. I'm just saying I hate people who bullshit, especially online, and when you can't do simple things then it's hard to back up what you claim. You act like your some programming prodigy and never had a simple issue. How do you know he can't program just by a few issue threads?

Yeah like Katy said you don't need overly high stats. Obviously the higher the better but to actual be effective 40+ should be fine.
