Verizon slapped me around and bs'd me so I'm done with their shit. I'm in the NE part of US (NY/CT), so they should have good service. Just concerned about data speeds and signal strength/drop calls.

They get paid for advertising certain RSPS', so maybe that's a reason why it's not allowed.

Not usually, they just ban your account. They watch your IP afterwards, though, so be careful.

Which one is better with customer service, call quality and pricing? I currently have Verizon, but I'm thinking of changing since they shitted on me recently.

1) Not necessarily, but yes. 2) Not necessarily, but it can be. If you're goldfarming, jagex sometimes bans all accounts under that IP. 3) Depends. Some people get 24/48 hours bans, other get perm bans. Depends on Jagex's mood.

You can always do your own mini investigation with the evidence provided and come to your own conclusion. But I guess you're right. I don't want someone banned just because they're banned on another site, That's preposterous. Just ban the scammers that are banned and with a scam report with sufficient evidence to prove he scammed.
