Worst case scenario, you apply, get accepted, pay the 10m and don't get orders and ask to leave. It's not non refundable, I'm just holding it should there be wny conflict between a worker and a customer where the customer claims to be scammed. I won't want to have a bad image for the service where workers are scamming and customers don't get paid or I have to come out of my pocket to reimburse the customer. But I can't give you an accurate answer, unfortunately. Depends on the services market at the moment.

I think you could've a while back, but not anymore. There are recovery questions, then there's JAG. JAG is a lot more secure and efficient. Once it's set, it can't be changed (except under special circumstances). JAG can only be enabled and disabled. If you buy an account that has had JAG on it at all for any period of time or for any reason, you will need the answers to the questions. There is a very small probability that you - the buyer of the account - can have the JAG questions deleted. Hope that answers it, lol.
