Not really. He can go for a 70 prayer or even Rigour. 70 would be best, especially considering the fact that he got 75 attack and not 60. If he would be 60 attack then yes, having over Smite is failed.

He can get quite a lot more than this, probs around 90-110m. @A one you should get bgloves + veng before selling the acc to get way better paid.

This is the best method, PERIOD. :::: You will need 2 accounts, a cannon, tons of balls, food, a full inventory of stamina pots (and maybe some food for the "2nd" acc if it lacks defense) and weight-reduction gear. Step 1: Go to rockcrabs with both accounts. Account 1 (the training account) puts down the cannon and start firing. Step 2: Account nr 2 should have the weight-reduction gear + stamina pots. Let this account run around and drag up crabs. Step 3: Afk & fill the cannon with the training account, make sure health stays OK. This will yield tons of non-hp range exp. Created this method my self and have used it countless times for dbow rushing accounts (when they were "the thing").
