This is the best method, PERIOD.
:::: You will need 2 accounts, a cannon, tons of balls, food, a full inventory of stamina pots (and maybe some food for the "2nd" acc if it lacks defense) and weight-reduction gear.
Step 1: Go to rockcrabs with both accounts. Account 1 (the training account) puts down the cannon and start firing.
Step 2: Account nr 2 should have the weight-reduction gear + stamina pots. Let this account run around and drag up crabs.
Step 3: Afk & fill the cannon with the training account, make sure health stays OK.
This will yield tons of non-hp range exp. Created this method my self and have used it countless times for dbow rushing accounts (when they were "the thing").
