In what way? Saying I'm not obligated for the account after its purchased? What if it gets recovered a year later? I don't want to get bitten in the butt for it.

Here is my two cents. We have no need to add useless ranks. If a user purchased VIP or Sponsor, I think they would want to see they're name glow. How would we show these ranks? Its impossible to add little icons next to the names of users unless it was in they're own user group, which is also pointless. No Support. This makes no sense. Rules are already thoroughly and wisely constructed for the benefit to the community and to avoid a chaotic chat box. No Support. Does it even matter? You can easily afk in the chat box when your in a conversation with someone. No Support.

He acknowledged it the first time, I don't know if he forgot or was playing stupid; but I did inform him and the second time I did so he acts like nothing was ever told to him, which I find a little uncanny.

Also, @Nick: On April 11th, you say that 0/12 accounts are not done - http://gyazo.com/e34...e6324bc1c425a45 which is 1 day longer than the ETA on the order. ETA = Estimated date of Arrival Just putting it out there.
