I do believe 30 minutes is a bit intense, knowingly sometimes when the chat goes > 40 your message flys by extremely fast without anyone seeing it. A ban should be dependent on the moderator's discretion, such as: what's considered spamming? Before you enter the chat, there are a set of 8 rules you must agree to before entering. Everyone is use too checking the "Accept Terms & Agreements" w/o reading it when downloading programs ect., and ignorantly not reading the rules which are leading to all these bans.

I'd look away from alching, one of the biggest ways to lose money while gaining alching exp. (75-90k/hr) You should: Superheat Steel bars, and make cannonballs for much more profit; Profit (70-85k/hr); Not sure about smithing exp. Making Teleport Tabs; Profit (got too 85 mage in less than 5 days with loads of profit.) (30kish/hr) Cursing; Slower than alching, yet more cost efficient. (30-40k/hr) Yew long bows if anything else.
