If you're trying to say flagged ips don't exist then you're grossly mistaken. I do, however, agree that you can manage to bot successfully even with a flagged ip.

that's actually a good idea you should do if you're gonna sell multiple accounts @op^ have a mod on here or someone w/e be the creator of the account. Just give 'em some gp to make accounts for ya. You'll get more money for them if you sell, just need to have the person confirm it when you sell.

You can exchange on exodus as well, but i like to see the charts and active prices when i'm trying to make money so i have some btc in bittrex and the rest in exodus. Stopped trying to figure out the "anti-ban formula" a long time ago. Just go back and forth nowadays between getting perms and getting 2days, it's super random, although most likely depends on what you're botting.

No clue how you've gotten 200m for max melee accounts with a ban on it. Ban absolutely plummets the value.

yeah this is by far the safest method - although you'll have to wait for the time it takes for them to get the stats, you'll always be able to recover that account if anything happens if you have the original ip. That's the key - the original ip the account was created on. Those appeals will ALWAYS be successful. The only thing anybody can do if you make the account then have them train the stats is they can get it locked just to annoy you, but at the end of the day you'll always end up with the account.
