Had an account banned, appealed and got it unbanned. Sold it to a friend, he botted on it and got it banned again (both times were perm obv) and i appealed that and it got unbanned again lmao. Jagex really should reconsider their system because it's hilarious that i got an account back from 2 perm bans within a few months. Don't get me wrong, it's great for us that they're so gullible lol.

this^ - even 10 is sorta low for ip flags. @op - Just keep going bud, bans are entirely dependent on the bot itself as well as the method you're doing. Best not to think too much into it. People will claim to know some sort of exact science to avoiding bans, but it's usually bs. Just unsaturated methods with low profile bots is the best way to think.

How long has it been? Since you said "a while ago" it could be too late.

Gotten loads of accounts unbanned, but something i've noticed is that they seem to only unban accounts that i bought. They send you an email that says something like "we've determined that the owner of the account was not present during the time of the offense, therefore we have reversed the offense." This makes sense when using a bought account because the ip that the ban took place on is usually vastly different than the ip of creation/of the owner. Dunno if that's what they use to determine it, but it's definitely a pattern i've noticed. I've never gotten any accounts unbanned from a perm that i created myself. It's all just a sort of arrogance - they think they know better than everybody else so they fabricate some belief so they can feel superior to those who follow the "mainstream" ideology.

agreed man, runescape right before eoc was my favorite time. I didn't mean my pessimistic statement like that though, i just meant that if they can't come up with new content that isn't a good sign. Idc if they copy some of the good content of rs3, but if they can't come up with anything new there's a danger they'll copy the bad content. This becomes especially true in my mind due to how jmods are notoriously known for being so bad and ignorant at/towards many aspects of the game itself. This is the main problem with rs3 and i see it starting with osrs imo. but anyways this isn't a thread about osrs dieing lol cus i doubt it will for a while at the very least. But yeah, i don't think mobile will skyrocket prices at all. Maybe a slight increase for the hype of it, but eventually it'll settle and continue the downward trend that we've been seeing since runescape started. Wanted to comment on this - DEFINITELY it'll be a huge thing (although i can see a lot of people getting pissed for losing a stake due to fat fingers lol), but it doesn't bring money into the game nor does it get money out of the game. Staking is already huge, i doubt a small increase in people wanting gold will be enough to significantly impact the market.

Yeah i agree, but i don't have any faith in jagex anymore. OSRS starting to just copy rs3 (which is a very very bad sign), and the mods themselves are getting worse and worse in terms of having knowledge of the game. Therefore i really don't think gold prices will rise aside from the periodic bursts we get due to various factors.
