I run eight on 7-8 FPS. It works great and doesn't kill my computer
  3. Been botting Yews for 150 hours straight, no bans.
  4. Jump off a 10 story building.
  5. Just wait til you got about $1000 dollars and then buy one. If you buy one at $600 dollars it will be bad, and then it would take even longer to get a good one.
  6. Gl selling for anything over 10 gp lol

It might be because you are on w1 which makes everything laggy.
  8. 5-7.5m It depends on how badly the buyer needs it.
  9. Is there any purpose for them or do you just randomly have 44k pineapples?
  10. Its kinda annoying to see staff members get a ton of likes for normal comments. Apparently people see their rank and automatically think that there post deserves a like. I don't know why that is. Lol I looked on @Master Chief's profile and saw that had liked pretty much all of his posts.

how much i may buy it tbh. then your account is a fine staker, keep training strength up and you'll be perfect. Prayer level does not matter. People always look up the stats before the duel. For example, you often see a level 65 staking a level 70, because they have the same stats.I'm not a big fan of staking. You need a lot of money to start. If you barely havd any money you might go on a losing streak and then you have nothing left. But if you got tons of cash you can lose a bunch, and then win a bunch.
  12. Lol and @GoldenGate.
  13. Breaks do help, you were just unlucky.

Dude, this is your fith topic in 5 minutes. Just post you work in one topic, or wait like 20 minutes in between each one. This spam is annoying.
  17. Can you not post like 4 topics at the same time... It pushes the other topic off the list under the Top Members.

    Hej, välkommen til OSBot.
  19. Somewhere populated, or in random place where no one goes, like Nardah or the Grand Tree bank where you start Monkey Madness. Its good to switch places and hop worlds often. If you do it right then you can get quite a lot of xp without a ban. I sold some fletching accounts with about 6m xp. After a month of so I looked them up on the highscores and they had 30m xp.
  20. Since therr are no randoms many people chose to bot there so therefore a lot of Jmods come and ban people at Pest Control. I would avoid botting therr if I were you.
  21. You obviously don't know how this client works at all. You will not get banned by using the client. Its just a normal RuneScape client with added features which Jagex cannot see. Its just like the Orion/RS Buddy client.

Protein supplements are important. There's no point in training if you can't fuel your body properly. Gold standard whey for Protein. Beast Creatine has a new forumla that's pretty kick ass. (I recommend creatine to everyone) What you need to do is eat a ton of healthy food and meat and stuff like that. All of those protein things is a money thing. The companies make a lot of money by hiring a famous athlete to advertise it. Supplments aren't all about money, there are many supplements out there that are known to work. Creatine is one of the most researched things in history, it reduces fatigue by transporting extra energy into your cells, it helps your workouts become longer and stronger. Honostly if you're serious about training and have yet to try creatine supplements than you're simply wasting your time. Creatines expecially one's like monohydrate is fundamental to body building. I hardly feel the need to defend supplements like Proteins and weight proteins especially since results speak louder than words. He's 5'8 130 Pounds and he's a athlete that's working out in off-season, therefore he doesn't need cardio. The only thing he needs to do is weight train while he's on off season, and avoid squads/high intensity leg workouts in order to reach his full genetic height without stunting his growth. I agree that he needs a proper diet and a good night's sleep but recommending cardio to him is a joke. Everyone needs cardio. But he does need to weight train a lot more. He barely has any muscles.
