http://alchmate.com/ This will give you a live update to items that will alch for profit/break even. I personally use air/water battlestaffs to alch as there is only a very small loss, at the minute there is only a 3k loss per 1k alchs done

Perfect Magic is one i've used and vouch for, currently got 2 accounts to 99 with it with no problems, stun alched all the way

If they are free scripts then from experience there is a good chance you can get banned. If you get a premium script like Czars perfect magic and use it sensibly by giving it breaks e.g every 90 mins break for 30 or so, then this will lower that risk massively, i've currently got 2 accounts to 99 doing that method
