Think this script may be compromised, anyone else? keep getting banned at like 3am after botting cakes/knights to get to rogues. Virtual machine, new ip, proxy etc. Anyone else had issues?

I just purchased this and the varrock course was stalling. Every 2 loops it stops at the entrance to varrock course for about 30 secs-1minute. How do I go about requesting a refund, as I've purchased another premium. I do use your thieving script and its flawless though
