I would power down the machine, completely power drain, Reseat your CMOS battery on your MoBo. After this do as above and boot up with only 1 stick of ram to see if any issues. After this power back down and reseat the rest.

I personally do not believe your situation is due to your IP being flagged. I have farmed on my home IP and got many many bans, even more creations and still have not been flagged. However if you're using a socks proxy or a VPN to create/register your accounts 100% you will be banned or locked.

If you create a fresh account on a VPN it will be banned/locked as soon as tut island is done. Or within 30 minutes after. Runescape can tell if your IP is from a data center, Just create the account on your home IP. Run them through tut successfully. Log out and wait 10-15 minutes, Connect to your VPN then login and play moderately

Right now for steel you make ~3500 bars per hour. If you were not to have any of your own supplies you make a profit of 154 per bar, thats 539k per hour. With mithril you can estimate you'll make around 2000 bars per hour With that you're making 405 profit per bar, thats 810k per hour. *My math may be off im not 100% sure on the bars per hour*

Yes, I have only had 2 accounts banned so far, I am being very very conservative with my P2P accounts, my ideology is to build each account to do multitude of different activities so hopefully they last longer. So far all my p2p accounts are 3 months old.
