From what I've seen if you have long enough macros your gonna be getting lots of gainz without getting banned - of course the risk is still there so don't bot an account you don't wanna lose - . Just don't be stupid and do it 24 hours straight...

This would be script specific, and i haven't seen a script that allows you to do that.
