You had the VPS for over half of it's rental period prior to this then, and the very *definition* of a VPS is that it's a remote hosted server that is, as always, subject to downtime due to network or hardware issues. You can choose to accept the reasonable refund @D Bolter offered you or not, but we won't be forcing a full refund for this.

@aliraj Is it true that you had the VPS for 18 days then it was down temporarily? The compensation that @D Bolter seems pretty fair to me, offering to refund you the cost of the VPS for the downtime and the rest of the rental period. Also there's no real way to measure what you "lost" while the VPS was down, so we can't bring this into a refund.

We're not here to baby you and guide every little decision you make; you need to take responsibility for the purchase decisions you make. You take an inherent risk by buying VPS' off individuals instead of one of the multitudes of established companies on the internet. Dispute closed.

That was not a request, @CKB accept the VPS cost refund from @D Bolter then post here to confirm.

We need you to post it here for all the staff team can view it; we will not publish it for public viewing (all posts required manual approval on this topic).

The staff team has decided that @D Bolter will need to refund @CKB the cost of the VPS sold. We will not be forcing a refund for the accounts stored there that @CKB mentioned as we see this is as your responsibility to store your accounts more than 1 place (especially when that is a rented VPS in a .txt file). Well we have no proof that's the actual btc transaction, but we'll roll with it; @CrazyPipe can you please deliver and/or confirm that the account purchased was delivered (or the BTC refunded, though this is not required). @CrazyPipe are you able to confirm that the BTC transcation fully confirmed and it's not a double spend?

This doesn't seem like a scam at all; you paid for an account via BTC and went back and forth between wanting the account and wanting a refund? Also it looks like you're missing a lot of your own messages in that livechat box. I'll let you reply first @Essaint, but @CrazyPipe can respond now too if he wishes, not TWC'ing him though.

You're very unlikely for your main to receive a ban even if the bot is banned on the same IP, I'd ditch the VPN

Private scripts are not ban-proof, but the VPN probably isn't helping

Let your account hit the 5-minute timer for logging out, the message will be displayed on the game login screen

Webwalking will handle the gate itself if you have enough GP or the quest for free entry.

Refunds are only given if scripts are non-functional or other cases like that, and in addition scripters cannot grant refunds on their own (this has to be done by Maldesto through a proper refund request).
