  1. @Affray has been placed in TWC and asked to reply, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and see if he does
  2. Please note the OSBot Global ToS also apply to and override this.
  3. @Justanother1 has been placed and TWC and asked to reply here Nevermind, banned @Justanother1 as he's already creating more accounts to purchase via PP, then receiving FB's from gold sites for selling for BTC.

    TROUBLE

You'll need to post a lot more details, include screenshots as well. Also moved to proper section
  5. @TaxSeazon has failed to reply within 24 hours, he has been banned. Should he wish to return he'll need to refund @Valiant One his deposit.
  6. @TaxSeazon has been placed in TWC and asked to reply here. Following @TaxSeazon's edit history on his worker applications thread, this was the thread at the time that @Valiant One was hired: 4 days later on June 11th it was changed to include this line: @TaxSeazon According to this you need to refund @Valiant One his deposit, it has been 30 days since he notified you.
  7. Removed your re-post of this thread, but as others have said, it's just not possible to be 100% safe nowadays.
  8. it could be way more shameful
  9. Have you received the refund already or just confirming you will take it? Once you can confirm you received the money we can close this.
  10. @aliraj Please confirm here when you have decided and/or received the refund.
  11. You had the VPS for over half of it's rental period prior to this then, and the very *definition* of a VPS is that it's a remote hosted server that is, as always, subject to downtime due to network or hardware issues. You can choose to accept the reasonable refund @D Bolter offered you or not, but we won't be forcing a full refund for this.
  12. @aliraj Is it true that you had the VPS for 18 days then it was down temporarily? The compensation that @D Bolter seems pretty fair to me, offering to refund you the cost of the VPS for the downtime and the rest of the rental period. Also there's no real way to measure what you "lost" while the VPS was down, so we can't bring this into a refund.
  13. We're not here to baby you and guide every little decision you make; you need to take responsibility for the purchase decisions you make. You take an inherent risk by buying VPS' off individuals instead of one of the multitudes of established companies on the internet. Dispute closed.
  14. Received the video from @aliraj, @D Bolter please respond here regarding this VPS not working.
  15. That was not a request, @CKB accept the VPS cost refund from @D Bolter then post here to confirm.
  16. We need you to post it here for all the staff team can view it; we will not publish it for public viewing (all posts required manual approval on this topic).
