Not sure what you want us to do, who was the buyer? Also, did they inform you ahead of time that the payment might be under review? EDIT: Reading through your feedback it says you logged out of Skype after he sent you money. Please post screenshots of the Skype conversation.

This is a lot of speculation, we are not Jagex and have no way of telling if the account was botted or not; at this point it's your word against his. @Ragnar Lothbrok how much of the service was completed before the service was interrupted?

As the user has not acknowledged the appeal, I've gone ahead and banned them. If they wish to return they'll need to post a ban appeal and refund you 15m.
