I would request a personal combat script and bot anywhere from 3-5 hours daily at most. Maybe do a 3 hour session and a 2 hour session and call it a day. Eventually, you will have the stats you want to PK. I'm not sure if this is true or not, people have said doing quests and putting some legit time on the account will most likely lower ban rate.
