Is Mirror Mode down right now? Getting the same error.

Tried purchasing 100M OSRS GP via PayPal but they "flagged" my account with the following automated message... Customer Service was not helpful. I would utilize other vendors that provide excellent customer support and resolve conflicts. "Your order has been flagged by our Anti-Fraud System. This order will be refunded and we will no longer accept any orders from you. 🚩 If you continue making orders with different Email's and or Ip's your funds may be locked until we or legal authorities can verify that the funds were yours."

Did you create or buy the account? If you originally created the account, perhaps your computer was compromised for a while (Possibly keylogged...). None the less, I would do a fresh install of your OS and try to recover account with any information you remember. I havent recovered an account on Runescape before but for other MMORPGs, I have had success with using information such as CC, transaction dates, etc...
