osrs is still single cpu core based right? If that's true, and you don't use any graphic-intensive applications, you can save some cash by prioritizing the processor and getting a laptop without a graphics card.

Why is the build unnecessarily expensive? What are you looking for from this PC? Just a thought you should keep in mind.
