Just burn windows 7 onto a cd/dvd or a usb Save stuff you want to keep Format hard drive then install win 7 make sure there are compatible windows 7 drivers for your hardware recommend you download the drivers before formatting and save them on a flash drive, or at least just the network adapter drivers or you won't be able to connect to the internet and will be stuck
Do you maybe have a bunch of extentions
