  1. Except they can scam for less than $250, but do it to multiple people and if you follow that logic you will get scammed. You have to be more careful rather simply trusting ranks blindly by their worth.

  13. No clue but just google paypal horror stories there are countless of them. I've been using paypal since 2008 and havehad no issues though.
  14. No, have you not read the horror stories of paypal being able to freeze/hold your money for however long they want 2? Since they are not a bank they don't follow the bank's rules.
  15. Look up youtube guides and try to switch yourself, how many items are you trying to switch?
  16. Is it a good idea to just leave your money on paypal instead of transferring to the bank?
