Set fixed areas and then interact with the object that's in your path whether it's a door or a ladder, and then check if you are successfully in the new area.

would you bot the quest or do it by hand

Better to do it in f2p if you are botting it, that way if you get banned it's a smaller loss. By hand it will be faster in p2p.
